  • WEEKS 1-6: Deprogramming, unlearning persuasion

  • WEEKS 7-12: Provocation & change facilitation intensive

Most sales outreach uses marketing strategies, copywriting, scripts and tactics focused on requesting meetings and persuasion. These “blind spots” push customers away. You’ll become aware of how you self-sabotage when communicating in all contexts -- from phone to email, in meetings & LinkedIn DMs.

Mental shift: You will fully appreciate how persuasion pushes customers away -- and how to pull with curiosity. You will no longer discuss product benefits, position for credibility, educate, request meetings, etc. -- choosing to, instead, provoke, elevate status and align what you say to strategic value.

Challenges & games: Together, we will abandon persuasive habits like…

  1. Mentioning what your company does, how you can help.
  2. Discussing products, services & benefits too soon.
  3. Educating and offering free value.
  4. Building rapport.

Our own anti-sales-speak version of “Taboo” and “Bullshit Bingo” make this process of kicking bad habits fun.
