I have 2-decades more experience than Jeff. I could certainly have justified not checking this out. WHY SHOULD I BOTHER? Well, I'll tell you why...

I didn't get to the level I'm at with my head stuck in the sand thinking I know best. I got there by noticing and recognizing people who deserve, (demand) to be listened to. I knew in my first encounters with Jeff he was that person.

The Assessment is of great value - provided your mind isn't closed and you don't think you know it all. If you think you know it all, it is absolutely a waste of your time. Don't bother.

I recommend this assessment because I learned and am learning a ton that will make me better.
