I understand Jeff Molander will:
- Expect me to start collaborating within 45 days of making my investment and commitment. This enables Jeff to prioritize me and others he's collaborating with fairly. After this 45-day period expires, I understand I am no longer entitled to coaching and have forfeited my investment.
- Ask pointed questions to immerse himself in my challenge, business, market advantage, target buyers, market segments, etc. and discover my current messaging strengths and weak spots.
- Meet with me, virtually, in a 30-minute, screen-sharing meeting to further clarify my challenge and dive deeper into it.
- Immediately provide 60 days of access to the Spark Selling Academy online community & skill-building experience. Member level: Gold. This will give me a fast way to borrow emerging tactics currently starting conversations with customers.
- Continue to coach me until we are mutually satisfied with the co-developed communication tools. Once my voice and text-based messages are completed I will apply them to start conversations with customers. At this time my coaching concludes.
The Academy community gives me access to "next practices" (emerging tactics) being used by today's most effective sellers. I get access to tactical lessons, emerging conversation-starting know-how and Workshop Video Archives featuring sellers like me being coached. I also receive one virtual seat to two live, monthly "Office Hours" workshops featuring students being coached on Spark Sellingtm tactics/principles. My coach will advise me which workshops in Archives to view for the fastest, most customized learning experience possible.

Yes. Our payment solution provider Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. All cards are encrypted on disk with AES-256, and decryption keys are kept on separate machines. All data transfer passes through a secure HTTPS protocol.
